I’m in the States right now, and one of the things I’m happy to do is be at the 2008 BlogHer conference here in San Francisco. And, not only am I going to be there, I’m working it! If you see a volunteer running around with dark, curly hair and a T-shirt with the logo in the sidebar of my site, it’s me! Stop and say hello!
In addition to my duties, I’ll be at the cocktail parties and lunches and I’ll try to stop by the Birds of a Feather sessions for food bloggers and travel, so I’ll get a chance to mix as well. I already had a taste last night at the Newbie and People’s parties!
You all know how much I love giving things away and I want to give the new people I meet a way to let me know they found my website as well as give those of you that can’t come to the event a way to participate, too!
I’ll be posting details soon, but for now, I hope to meet you!

Sara,
It was fun lunching with you and Rocco. Is one of your giveaway prizes going to be something to do with him? He was tasty.
Have a great trip back to Italy.

I’m so sorry I didn’t get to meet you at BlogHer. I’m so interested in Italy because (1) my 20 year old daughter will be doing a year study abroad in Florence starting in September and (2) I’ve been to a few places in Italy years and years ago and (3) I want to go back and intend to do so to visit my daughter. We are reading all things Italy (and specifically Florence) in preparation. Thanks for a fine blog.

It was so much fun to hang out with you this weekend at the conference, Sara, even if we were both busier, more tired, & (occasionally, & for different reasons) more frustrated than we’d have liked… Still, it’s always a good time when Ms. Adventures in Italy is in town!
It was also great to meet you, Roam2Rome! I look forward to reading more about your upcoming adventures. :)

You were working it? And I thought you were just being friendly. LOL! It was great meeting you, and I totally envy those curls.

Would love to meet the author of this fabulous blog spot unfortunately, I am “stuck” in Italy. I guess it will have to suffice to meet you via our blogs. Hope you stop by for a visit and will link up to us.
Cheers!
